E-co lab has been granted the use of another lot by the city of Urbana!
Located at 1302 W Dublin, this lot will be the site for our next project- a modular home built for a qualifying home buyer. By partnering with a modular home-builder, this house will still be built to the rigorous Passive House standard, but can be constructed at a much quicker pace due to the advantages of building indoors! It will also be possible for the homebuyer to work with the modular builders to select many of the interior finishes at their design center. We are excited to be starting on this next project and we are currently seeking someone to purchase this house before we begin construction.
